About your future Team  You will join the Performance & Support Team within the T2D Department of the Corporate Business Unit (BU), you'll work in a multidisciplinary team with colleagues based in Portugal, Spain, Brazil, and Africa, be part of a Team with a great spirit and strong collaboration.
How will your day-to-day look like.
Monitor the Area Budget.
Perform budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis for projects, ongoing activities, asset amortizations, and internal/external structures.
Maintain a consolidated overview of various cost centers and geographies.
Oversee Financial Monthly Tasks for the IT Department.
Manage chargeback processes, financial closure activities, monthly reconciliations, and cost analysis.
Prepare and Consolidate the Annual Budget for the Area; Develop Financial Reports and Dashboards.
Monitor costs and provide insights into financial and performance metrics.
Highlight areas of concern or opportunities for improvement.
Engage with Stakeholders Across the Organization.
Collaborate with corporate and business areas.
Foster open communication and constructive problem-solving to address challenges and achieve shared objectives.
Support the Development and Implementation of T2D Processes.
Ensure adherence to best practices and process simplification.
What makes you unique.
Degree in Economics/Management/Engineering/Information Systems.
Minimum 4 years' experience in similar functions.
Detail-oriented mindset with strong analytical skills, the ability to interpret financial data and make data-driven recommendations.
Strong oral and written English communication skills and basic Spanish with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI; Attention to detail, curiosity and creativity with problem solving mindset; A great communicator and good at managing external and internal stakeholders; Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
