To support our company’s evolvement from collaborating with external accounting services to an internal accounting approach, we are hoping to hire a Finance Manager.
This person will work solely for Optylon Krea LDA.
Profile - University degree in Accountancy, Economy, Finance, Management or equivalent.
- Chartered accountant registered at the OCC.
- Previous professional experience (5-10 years) in a similar role (preference for Real Estate Experience).
- Good oral and written communication - both in Portuguese and English (other languages are a plus).
- Strong Excel and PHC skills.
- Highly analytical and detailed-oriented.
- Strong organization skills with the ability to prioritise workload.
Responsibilities - Statutory and management reports.
- Invoices – controlling and leasing with external bookkeeper.
- Cashflow management – responsible for OK cashflow, realizations, future forecast and profitability (by unit and company).
- Treasury – preparation of payments, approval from CF committee (VE/BUK/me), approving the payments as the first layer and we will have two-layer approvals.
- Processing and filing tax returns.
- Relationship with banks, suppliers, clients and other.
