The project involves designing separate interfaces for a website and mobile application that cater to multiple user roles (Admin, TMC Operators, Doctors, Patients).
Project Overview Our platform facilitates telemedicine consultations through Telemedicine Centers (TMCs).
Key functionalities include.
Online consultation booking and management.
Fee and wallet management for TMCs.
Automatic reassignment of canceled consultations to doctors.
Performance-based rewards/penalties for doctors.
Robust admin analytics and consultation history tracking.
Key Deliverables Low-Fidelity Wireframes.
Outline user flows and layouts for both web and mobile.
High-Fidelity Mockups.
Pixel-perfect designs with branding elements.
Interactive Prototypes.
Clickable prototypes demonstrating user interactions.
Design System.
Consistent typography, color schemes, and reusable components.
Core Features to Design Patient Experience.
Registration, booking, payment, and consultation history screens.
TMC Operator Dashboard.
Wallet management, consultation facilitation, and reports.
Doctor Interface.
Appointment requests, consultation screens, performance tracking, and payment views.
Admin Dashboard.
Analytics, performance metrics, consultation monitoring, and fee management.
Required Skills Expertise in Figma and UI/UX design principles.
Strong portfolio showcasing responsive web and mobile app designs.
Ability to create intuitive user flows for complex systems.
Knowledge of healthcare or telemedicine platforms (preferred but not mandatory).
Preferred Experience Experience working on SaaS or multi-role platforms.
Familiarity with wallet systems, payment integrations, or analytics dashboards.
