If you want to grow your career whilst finding the perfect balance between work and life, Vodafone offers the opportunities to help you belong and make a real impact.What you'll doVehicle Fleet Management: To manage Vodafone's fleet, ensuring the maintenance, operability and safety of vehicles and their users, and transport services for visitors:Ensure that the Leasing Operational Company delivers the service vehicles to Vodafone Portugal's facilities in accordance with the selection requirements defined by the Employee.Ensure that fleet vehicles are only delivered to Employees after they have filled out the respective Declarations of Commitment.Supervise the fleet vehicle maintenance process, which is operated by the Leasing Operational Company.Manage the acquisition of legally required documentation for the vehicles to circulate, ensuring that each pool vehicle has the respective legally required documentation.Ensure the collection of all necessary information from the Leasing Operational Company defined by ESG report.Conduct inspections of fleet vehicles whenever deemed necessary.Analyze the use of fleet vehicles and propose adjustments to the contractual conditions agreed with the Leasing Operational Company.Who you areEducation / Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in the areaWork in person  Time managementFlexibilityDriver's licenseEffective communicationGood knowledge of the Purpose and Values of the companyNot a perfect fit?Worried that you don't meet all the desired criteria exactly?
