Job Description.
Your contribution to something big.
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Change Management Engineer.
In this internship, you will have the opportunity to work within an engineering team of product development for (COMPANY NAME) Home Comfort.
The main activities will be.
* Manage engineering change requests and close follow-up of team members activities; * Coordinate and support on planning of activities of different areas; * Track project milestones and deliverables, and provide progress reports; * Communicate expectations to team members and stakeholders; * Support on the specification of parts used on gas water heaters; * Support on the communication with suppliers regarding design solutions; * Issue product technical documentation (reports, procedures).
Qualifications.
What distinguishes you.
* Master Degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar; * Excellent communication and organizational skills; * Able to work within teams with members of different backgrounds; * Willingness to learn and continuous improvement mindset.
