EXPERT DATA INTEGRATION SPECIALIST

Position Description.
Expert data integration specialist Job description Job summary The EDI Specialist is our expert in data integration and electronic exchange.
He is responsible for data flows between the company and its trading partners.
He plays a key role in the development of new exchanges and acts as an important point of contact with our partners.
Main responsibilities and tasks -Analyze, develop and test data exchange solutions to meet the needs of the company and its business partners.
-Maintain and support existing interfaces, including problem resolution and incident management.
-Optimize existing processes related to EDI exchanges -Perform analyses and tests to optimize data flows between the EDI system and JDE.
-Monitor technological developments in EDI and API data exchange solutions.
-Provide user support for data exchange processes.
Main skills required -Knowledge of EDI standards and protocols, such as ANSI X12, EDIFACT, AS2, etc.
-Knowledge of tools and programming languages used for EDI development.
-Knowledge of data source integration via API calls would be an asset; -Bilingualism; French and English, oral and written; Analytical and problem-solving skills; Your future duties and responsibilities.
Professional profile -Bachelor's degree or technical college diploma in computer science, programming or software/computer engineering; -Three to five years' relevant experience; -Knowledge of JD Edwards and development rules would be an asset; -Knowledge of logistics and manufacturing would be an asset -Knowledge of Liaison Delta 6 software would be an asset; *Bilingualism (French and English) is required for this position due to the nature of the role requiring interaction with national and global customers.
