With over 160M page views per month across our portfolio, we are constantly exploring new ways to engage our audience and diversify our revenue streams.
Our experienced internal design team excels in creating content-driven websites,and we’re experimenting with various monetization strategies, ranging from audience donations to creating SaaS products tailored to our audience's needs, and exploring everything in between.
The Role.
We are seeking an experienced Product Designer with a strong background in both UX and UI design to help us design a high-converting donation flow for one of our content websites.
This is a critical part of a broader initiative to experiment with different monetization options across our portfolio of projects.
If this initial project is successful, there will be opportunities to continue and expand your engagement with us as we roll out more monetization experiments.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for designing a high-converting donation flow.
Create a seamless, user-friendly, and effective donation flow that encourages our audience to contribute financially.
Experience in e-commerce, SaaS, or similar environments, particularly in designing conversion-focused flows, is highly desirable.
What We’re Looking For.
Proven Experience in UX/UI Design.
A strong portfolio showcasing successful UX/UI projects, particularly those focused on conversion-driven design.
Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills.
Ability to work closely with a team, share knowledge, and guide others through the design process.
Experience with Conversion Optimization.
Prior work on donation flows, e-commerce, or SaaS products with a focus on maximizing conversion rates.
Hands-On Consulting Experience.
We need someone who can work as both a designer and a strategic partner, helping us shape the future of our monetization efforts.
