Your new role The Executive Assistant will provide Secretariat support to a Private Investor and the main responsibilities include.
- Sort & respond to emails daily; - Organise documents and files; - Arrange meetings and travel (flights, transport, hotels, etc.); - Manage general payments and invoices (tenants, rentals, construction management, etc.); - Ensure seamless operations in our real estate properties; - Manage businesses’ quarterly paperwork and oversee potential incidents; - Send and receive packages through mail; - Solve practical day-to-day problems; - Summarise presentations and documents; - Consolidate Monthly & Quarterly financial reports.
What you'll need to succeed - A high level of Spanish and English is required; - An intermediate level of French is a plus; - Knowledge of certain software is required (Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Google Drive); - Ability to quickly learn new software (Notion, ChatGPT, etc.); - Highly organised, fast learner with excellent retention skills and problem solver; - Discretion and trust are extremely necessary for this position; - Excellent verbal and written communication skills; - A basic understanding of finance and legal aspects is a plus (being able to read a document and understand its content); What you'll get in return You will have the opportunity to grow and develop your personal and professional competences, to join a long-term project with hybrid remote work, and with an attractive expected salary commensurate with experience.
