Though the island is Finnish, the language spoken is Swedish.
It has approximately inhabitants (and growing) but due to the geographical location – they need to have a fully equipped emergency hospital that covers everything from obstetrics/gynaecology, surgery, ENT, ophthalmology, Internal medicine with all its sub-specialities, orthopaedics, etc.
For the ENT department a skilled doctor is needed.
If the right person comes along, there might be a possibility of taking on a bigger responsibility.
We are therefore looking for a specialist within the discipline who is self-sufficient within a broad spectrum of examinations and interventions (also children).
The working conditions are very good, both in terms of working hours (38,5 h /week), colleagues, salary, and other important benefits.
