Provide customer support via phone, email, or chat, addressing customer questions and concerns regarding the service; Represent a renowned brand and ensure maximum customer satisfaction; Work to meet the goals set by the client and internally; Resolve doubts and issues in a cordial manner.

What you will need.
Work Permit (Required); Advanced written and spoken communication skills in English (minimum C1 level); Experience in Customer Support (preferred); High school diploma; Excellent communication and negotiation skills; Aptitude for problem-solving; Skill in controlling and guiding the direction of calls with customers; Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
