We are looking for an experienced email marketing expert to help build and automate our email marketing strategy.
The goal is to create effective, automated email campaigns that drive customer engagement and increase conversions.

• Develop and execute an email marketing strategy • Find, Set up and automate email marketing platforms (Mailchimp or similar) • Create and optimize email templates, segmentation, and automated workflows • Build and manage complex campaigns such as welcome series, purchase reminders, lead nurturing, and follow-up sequences • Implement e-commerce flows like abandoned carts, loyalty programs, and personalized offer campaigns • Perform and monitor A/B testing to optimize email content, subject lines, send times, click-through rates and overall performance • Track KPIs, analyze campaign results, and create reports to enhance strategy Requirements.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in (automated) email marketing and marketing automation • Certifications in Mailchimp or similar are a plus • Basic technical knowledge of HTML/CSS for email template creation and customization • Ability to design and optimize complex, condition-based workflows • Strong communication skills and understanding of building customer relationships through email marketing • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance and implement data-driven improvements • Optional.
Knowledge of WordPress, Magento, and graphic design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator) is advantageous Additional Information.
