The goal is to develop an email solution parallel to Google Workspace, focusing on stable, secure email management integrated with productivity tools.
Key Tasks.
- Set up and configure email hosting servers using Nextcloud Hub and Roundcube.
- Enable seamless integration of email services, file storage, and calendar functionalities.
- Optimize server configurations to allow clients to use their own domains for emails.
- Implement best practices for server deployment and multi-server configurations.
- Configure essential protocols (IMAP, SMTP, POP3), ensuring stability and reliability.
- Develop comprehensive anti-spam measures.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to the hosted services.
Successful candidates will have.
- Proven experience in hosting and specifically email hosting services.
- Strong expertise in server setups, especially for email provisioning.
- Profound knowledge of email protocols (IMAP, SMTP, POP3), anti-spam techniques.
- Experience with platforms such as Nextcloud Hub and Roundcube desired.
- Capability in configuring multiple servers for scalable solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Languages Required.
- Proficiency in English; Malay proficiency is advantageous for better communication.
