The course has 4 Modules with 5 or 6 Lessons in each module.
To be clear, there would be one PDF for the course, not one PDF per module or lesson.
The PDF will primarily consist of sentences or bullet points from the content, with space for the user to then type in their notes for that point in the video lesson.
Attached is a draft of the bullet point topics or notes from the videos, which users can populate with notes in an expandable text line or box.
I can clarify or clean up this draft as you say.
My specific requirements are.
- The inclusion of text boxes in the interactive forms.
- If one lists, say, 15 words and then ranks them, can the list then reorder itself based on their ranking? That would be ideal in sections , and 2.

The bullet points or topics in the other lessons will simply need a) a line(s) for my text and b) a horizontal line for their notes—that expands if they need more space but appears brief and concise if they don't.
The ideal freelancer for this project should have extensive experience in creating interactive PDFs and be able to demonstrate an understanding of how to implement these questions and requirements.
Please note that the PDF does not need to include any additional interactive elements such as drag-and-drop lists, signature fields, or radio buttons.
