Prague   Job Summary/Accountabilities  Responsible for driving and supporting digital engagement for CZ&SK.
Key business partner with regional GIT and external service providers related to internal and external digital functionality and applications (search, sites, owned social media, related tracking applications and analytics etc).
Key contact with Online Acceleration Center, Divisional Brand team and Hub Digital & Marketing team for digital initiatives, business networks.
Responsible for the implementation of Content and monitoring our 6P (Price, Promotion, Distribution & Visibility of our Products,  POP Content, Ratings & Reviews, and Availability) performance with eCommerce customers to improve the Customer experience online.
Responsibilities Executes in-market digital engagement programs targeted towards consumer audiences to generate  demand and/or sales by leveraging digital engagement functionality and applications such as building websites, search, e-commerce, webinars, apps.
Provides training and understanding of tools and technology to other functions.
Ensures that data handling is compliant with data privacy and other relevant legislation.
Secures required update of website content escalating technical issues and supervising their resolution.
Continuously interacts with CEE Hub Marketing and develops internal touch point strategies that will ensure efficient and effective deployment of  brand support resources and programs.
Acts as the key contact to regional GIT and external service providers for existing and new functionality  in the areas of digital inbound and outbound engagement.
Contributes to EU GIT grid projects for engagement optimization, digital websites, apps, and other e-engagement platforms.
Supervise search strategy execution across CZ&SK, in cooperation with both Hub Mkt and CEE retail marketing team and the OAC.
Runs (in cooperation with HUB) relevant internal and external reports to understand new/missed engagement opportunities and makes recommendations for optimisation to Hub and Division stakeholders.
Liaise with eCommerce partners, providing updated content in the format they require and ensuring timelines are met and in line with organic search strategy.
Managing Stibo as a power user (digital assets management tool).
Acquire, retain and utilize knowledge of the different retailer website technical capabilities and business processes and to customize recommendations to maximize presence of Colgate products based upon technical and business operation best practices.
Range of Qualifications Describes the formal education, experience, technical skills required to successfully perform the generic role Level of Education.
Degree in Business.
focus on digital Marketing, e-commerce, search, analytics  or communication  Years of Experience (range).
Day to day job experience with digital applications/functionality At least 2 years of in-market experience with a company in FMCG industry or media agency  Experience with cross functional teams and day to day interaction with different functions is a plus  Functional Experience and Technical Skills.
Excellent knowledge of digital marketing fundamentals (a must) High level of affinity and ideally familiarity with digital engagement /commerce/search/Marketing and related  reporting applications, tools and functionalities   Experience with business reports and analytics is a plus, ideally also able to turn business analysis into enhanced execution plans  Experience in search campaign (a must) Strong organizational and planning skills  Excellent working knowledge of English (a must)  Strong communication skills    What we offer.
