Mission We are looking to strengthen our team with an EasyVista Consultant.
Responsibilities.
Provide user/business support for the EasyVista application in large-scale client environments.
Deploy developments into production within the EasyVista application.
Analyze and diagnose technical problem resolutions with the EasyVista application.
Engage in large-scale projects.
Perform basic technical problem diagnosis and resolution.
Produce technical documentation and reports.
Perfil Degree in Computer Engineering or similar experience.
Proven experience as a service desk technician or in another user support role.
Experience using ticketing tools (EasyVista or others will be considered an advantage).
EasyVista Foundation certifications (will be considered an advantage).
Technical knowledge and experience in T-SQL, SQL-Server, and LINUX.
Technical knowledge and experience in PHP and XML (will be considered an advantage).
Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
Experience with agile methodologies.
