E-commerce Analyst Expert Job Description.
I am looking to hire an experienced eCommerce Sales Analyst for my startup company, which offers 18 products.
The ideal candidate should have expert knowledge of platforms such as Google, Amazon, and eBay, with expertise in product sourcing, listing, and managing end-to-end operations.
Additionally, the candidate should possess strong skills in driving profit growth and increasing sales performance.
The primary responsibility will be to help increase the company's profile and drive growth.
The selected individual will be offered a short-term contract, with additional benefits based on performance and contribution.
Responsibilities.
1- Product Research and Suggestions.
Conduct market research to identify trending products and niches.
Analyze competitor products and pricing strategies.
Provide recommendations for new products to add to our inventory.
2- Product Listing.
Create and optimize product listings on various online marketplaces (e.
., Amazon, eBay, Shopify).
Write compelling product descriptions and titles.
Ensure high-quality images and videos are used for listings.
3- SEO and Keyword Optimization.
Perform keyword research to improve product visibility.
Optimize product listings for search engines.
Implement SEO best practices to drive organic traffic.
4- Marketing and Promotions.
Develop and execute marketing campaigns to boost sales.
Manage paid advertising (e.
., PPC, social media ads).
Implement promotional strategies and discounts.
5- Performance Tuning.
Continuously optimize listings for better performance.
Test and implement new strategies to increase conversion rates.
Stay updated with the latest e-commerce trends and technologies.
6- Market Expansion.
Assist the business in expanding its presence in other marketplaces.
Identify and evaluate new market opportunities.
Develop strategies to enter and succeed in new markets.
7- Requirements.
Proven experience in e-commerce management and analysis.
Strong understanding of online marketplaces and SEO.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
8- Preferred Qualifications.
Experience with major e-commerce platforms (Amazon, eBay, TikTok, Shopify).
Knowledge of digital marketing and advertising.
Communication and writing skills.
Contract Details.
This is a short term contract-based position.
If we see improvement in sales, there is potential for a long-term contract.
