I am seeking a professional to completely manage the registration of an e-commerce business in a tax-free zone in Dubai.
The business will focus on selling beauty products online, and I require someone who can handle the entire process independently, with no involvement from my side.
Scope of Work.
1.
Research & Recommendations.
Identify the most suitable tax-free zone in Dubai for an e-commerce business selling beauty products.
The tax-free zone should allow a 3PL (third-party logistics) warehouse to operate within it, as this will be the only business premises required.
No additional office space or business premises are needed.
2.
Business Registration.
Complete all paperwork and documentation required for company registration in the selected tax-free zone.
3.
Licensing.
Obtain the necessary e-commerce and trade licenses for selling beauty products online.
4.
VAT & Compliance.
Register the business for any applicable VAT exemptions or compliance requirements.
5.
Bank Account Setup.
Assist in opening a UAE-based business bank account, if required.
6.
Legal Compliance.
Ensure the entire business setup adheres to all legal and regulatory requirements in the UAE.
Key Details.
• The business will operate entirely online, and no staff will be hired in the UAE at this stage.
• Only a third-party logistics provider (3PL) is required to manage inventory and fulfillment.
Requirements.
• Extensive experience registering e-commerce businesses in Dubai free zones.
• Knowledge of beauty product regulations, trade licensing, and e-commerce laws in the UAE.
• Proven ability to manage the process from start to finish with minimal input from the client.
• Professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail.
Additional Notes.
• I do not believe residency is required for this setup.
