Dynamics 365 Consultant (m/f) – Lisbon - Degree in Information Technology; - + 3years exp; - Microsoft Dynamics 365Sales, Microsoft Dynamics365 Customer Services (including Omnichannel), Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft Azure, Database Management, Integration Technologies, Customization & Extensions, Security & Compliance, User Interface (UI) &User Experience (UX) Design, Data Migration, Testing & Quality Assurance.
- Specialize in understanding & optimizing business processes using the Dynamics365 platforms, specially D365Sales, Customer Services& Omnichannel; - Work closely w/ clients to gather requirements, configure the system, define workflows, & ensure that Dynamics365 is tailored to meet specific business needs; - Bridge the gap between business requirements &technical implementation; - Ability to interact w/ Client project team; - Deliverables.
Business Requirements Analysis, System Configuration,Business Process Documentation,Workflow Design,User Training & Support,Customization Recommendations,Data Analysis,Testing & Quality Assurance; - God level of English.
