Were on the lookout for a Content Moderator whos fluent in German (C2) and has a knack for English (B2) to join our lively team in Lisbon.
Youll be the guardian of our online community ensuring that usergenerated content aligns with our guidelines and creates a positive user experience.
What Youll Do.
Content Superhero.
Review and moderate usergenerated content ensuring it meets our community standards.
Decision Dynamo.
Use your judgment to approve remove or escalate content based on our guidelines.
Trend Spotter.
Report on trends and issues in content moderation to help us continually improve.
Team Player.
Collaborate with your awesome team to brainstorm solutions and enhance our moderation processes.
User Advocate.
Share insights that help shape our community guidelines and improve user experiences.
What You Bring.
Language Skills.
Youre a pro in German (C2) and can chat comfortably in English (B2).
Detail Detective.
You have a keen eye for detail and can spot the good the bad and the ugly in content.

Your written and verbal communication skills are topnotch making you a clear and engaging communicator.

Base Salary.
EUR per month (paid over 14 months).
Language Bonus.
Extra 250 EUR for being a language superstar paid over 12 months.
