Hello! I’m looking for a Discord Community Manager or Marketing Specialist to help me grow my Discord server and attract clients.
This is a commission-based position, meaning you will only get paid when you bring in paying clients.
Responsibilities.
Set up and organize my Discord server (including channels, roles, and design).
Help attract new members and engage with the community.
Market the services provided within the server to potential clients.
Organize events, campaigns, and engagement activities to drive participation and client interest.
Provide ongoing recommendations to improve community growth and engagement.
Requirements.
Proven experience with Discord server management and community marketing.
Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with potential clients.
You will be compensated commission-based, receiving a percentage for each paying client you bring in.
Payment.
Commission-based.
You will earn a percentage (to be discussed) from each client you bring in who makes a purchase.
Payment will be processed once the client completes a payment.
