I am looking for a dynamic and results-driven Director of Event Sales (m/f/d) to join the team as the first, defining person in that capacity, to enable further growth.
Descrição Sales Strategy Development.
Develop and implement a robust sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and maximize event profitability Team Leadership.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the event sales team to achieve individual and team sales goals Client Relationship Management.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, sponsors, and partners to ensure long-term collaboration and satisfaction Market Analysis.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, industry trends, and competitive landscape Sales Campaigns.
Design and execute effective sales campaigns, including outreach, presentations, and negotiations Revenue Growth.
Drive revenue growth through sponsorship sales, exhibitor sales, and ticket sales for tech events Collaboration.
Work closely with the marketing, operations, and content teams to ensure seamless event execution and exceptional attendee experience Reporting.
Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to senior management Perfil ideal Experience.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in event sales, with a focus on tech events preferred Leadership.
Proven leadership experience with the ability to grow, inspire and lead a high-performing sales team Sales Acumen.
Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Industry Knowledge.
In-depth knowledge of the tech industry and its key players Communication.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills Relationship Building.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, sponsors, and partners Adaptability.
