DIRECTOR OF CONSULTING SERVICES (ENERGY & UTILITIES)

Position Description.
At CGI Estonia, we are looking for an inspiring leader to join our Energy & Utilities sector as a Director of Consulting Services.

As a Director, you will play a key role in shaping the future of energy and utilities, ensuring both business growth and employee engagement.
The key clients of CGI Estonia in Energy & Utilities are grid owners (transmission, distribution), energy producers, retailers and storage system providers.
The keywords in your daily work are renewable energy, electricity and gas.
What makes you a great fit? We’re looking for someone with.
• Experience.
At least 5 years in the energy & utilities or IT industry, including 3+ years in leadership roles.
• Leadership Skills.
A proven ability to manage and inspire people, whether in team leadership or project management.
• Curiosity.
A deep interest in learning about the Energy & Utilities domain and staying ahead of industry trends.
• Communication Excellence.
Fluency in Estonian and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proactive Mindset.
A self-organized, detail-oriented approach, combined with a “can-do” attitude.
• Client Focus.
Prior experience in client-facing roles is an advantage.
