Job Description We are seeking an experienced Test Manager to join our dynamic team for an exciting international project.
This is a great opportunity to take on a key leadership role in managing testing activities, ensuring high-quality deliverables, and contributing to the success of a global initiative.
Oversee and manage the testing process throughout the project lifecycle.
Coordinate testing efforts with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth execution of test plans.
Ensure testing activities meet project timelines, goals, and quality standards.
Monitor and report on test progress, issues, and results to stakeholders.
Act as the main point of contact for testing-related queries and concerns within the project.
Identify risks and proactively implement strategies to mitigate them.
Foster strong collaboration between team members and external stakeholders.
Lead and support the testing team, offering guidance and coaching to junior testers.
Qualifications Proven experience in the role of Test Manager (previous experience in a similar function is a must).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage teams and stakeholders.
Advanced proficiency in English (the project will be conducted in English, and regular communication with international teams will be required).
Excellent soft skills, including leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
No prior experience in automation is required.
