Mastercard Launch The Launch program is a development program that is supplemental to the role and is designed to help you transition from being a student to being a Mastercard employee.
Mastercard Launch is an 18-month global development program providing recent graduates with opportunities and exposure.

Role Description Responsible for developing data-driven innovative analytical solutions and identifying opportunities to support business and client needs in a quantitative manner and facilitate informed recommendations/decisions.
Activities include developing and creating predictive models, behavioural segmentation frameworks, profitability analyses, ad hoc reporting, and data visualizations.
As a Data Scientist, you will have the opportunity to.
• Gather relevant information to define the business problem.
• Creative thinker capable of linking AI methodologies to identified business challenges.
• Develop AI/ML applications leveraging the latest industry and academic advancements.
• Ability to work cross-functionally, and across borders drawing on a broader team of colleagues to effectively execute the AI agenda.
What you'll need • To be a Final Year Masters/Undergraduate Student or to have graduated no earlier than September • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong strategic and conceptual aptitude • Ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple projects concurrently • High-energy, can-do attitude, very strong sense of ownership and desire to succeed with commensurate analytical, technical, and strategic skills Languages.
