Apply machine learning techniques (including, but not limited to, classification, regression, and reinforcement learning) to innovate data products.
Collaborate with departments such as Risk, Collections, Sales and Customer Service to develop and renew analytical solutions.
Identify and propose continuous improvements in code and processes, focusing on efficiency and business impact.
Design and evaluate analytical models assessing their effectiveness.
Sharing your knowledge and experience of how to build ML systems.
Instilling a rigorous statistical and testing culture across their structure.
Perfil ideal 3-5 years of experience in Data Science roles.
Technical knowledge and sensitivity to identify and solve business problems.
Proven experience in utilizing machine learning to derive insights and find patterns in the data.
Exceptional communication skills to interact effectively with different departments, including non-technical stakeholders.
Analytical mindset and results-driven approach.
Strong experience with Python and SQL.
Hands-on experience with machine learning, data analysis, and applied statistical techniques.
Excellent communication skills to align objectives with diverse stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications.
Familiarity with tools for data visualization and storytelling.
Experience with cloud platforms (Azure).
