As a Data Governance Lead at Top Sigma you will be responsible for.
Implementing the foundations of data governance and data quality initiatives across the organization aligning with the key priorities already identified.
Developing and maintaining policies standards and procedures to ensure effective data governance and high data quality.
Collaborating with key stakeholders including data owners stewards and business units to implement data governance best practices.
Establishing data quality metrics and KPIs to monitor and improve the accuracy consistency and completeness of the data across the organization.
Leading the creation and management of data governance frameworks ensuring compliance with internal and external data regulations.
Supporting the data cataloging data lineage and metadata management initiatives to enhance transparency and traceability.
Driving continuous improvement in data management practices ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements.
REQUIREMENTS.
10 years of experience in data governance data quality and data management.
Expertise in designing and implementing data governance frameworks policies and standards.
Strong knowledge of data quality tools and technologies (e.
.
Informatica Collibra Talend etc.).
Deep understanding of data management principles including data lineage metadata management and master data management (MDM).
Experience with regulatory compliance in data (e.
.
GDPR data privacy etc.).
Proficient in using data quality metrics data profiling and data stewardship practices.
Excellent communication skills comfortable working with Clevel stakeholders and business teams.
Advanced knowledge of SQL and experience working with complex data sets.
Familiarity with data catalog tools and technologies for enterprise data management is a plus.
