Currently, we are seeking a Senior Data Engineer who's eager to continue to evolve, thrives on challenges, and is ready to embark in a new opportunity.
This is a fully remote position for residents in Portugal.
Responsibilities.
Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines; Design and optimize efficient data models to balance performance and scalability; Implement testing and validation protocols to ensure data accuracy and integrity; Identify and resolve data processing issues, improving system performance and reliability; Handle big data processing and real-time data streaming projects to deliver timely insights.
Requirements.
(4+) years of experience in similar roles; Proficiency in English (B2); Proficiency in AWS CDK, Kinesis, Fargate, Lambda, CodePipeline, and Step Functions; Experience with DynamoDB for scalable data storage; Expertise in Apache Airflow for workflow orchestration; Familiarity with Snowflake for cloud-based data warehousing; Skilled in DBT for data transformation and modeling; Strong Python programming knowledge.
