As a Data Engineer, you bring order to chaos by designing and developing data processing pipelines.
You transform large volumes of data from various sources and formats into usable datasets for advanced data analysis and visualization.
You act as an architect who proposes, specifies, and implements new design concepts.
At the same time, you’re a hands-on problem solver, quickly and effectively addressing daily issues within existing implementations.
You support our clients by shaping their future data-driven strategy and providing actionable insights.
You analyze data from various internal and external sources to identify patterns, insights, and trends.
You design and build data pipelines, data flows, reporting tools, dashboards, data APIs, data generators, and a range of other information portals and tools.
You serve as a trusted advisor to clients and stakeholders at various levels within their organizations.
Your role in our team With your experience, you work in a multidisciplinary team.
You take technical ownership and ensure the feasibility and relevance of our recommendations for the client.
You have the ambition to provide content-driven leadership to teams and, together with your colleagues, you bring data-driven innovations to life for the client.

You bring the following skills and experience to the table.
A completed Bachelor's or Master’s degree with a strong IT component 1–3 years of relevant work experience in a similar role Knowledge of data modeling Experience with Azure and related services Familiarity with data visualization tools Experience working in Agile/DevOps environments Experience with SSIS, SSRS, T-SQL, NoSQL, R, and Python is a plus Native Dutch or French with a good English level Strong communication and analytical skills Preferably experience in innovative environments A pre-employment screening is part of the application process Why CGI?
