DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES.
Analyzing and interpreting language patterns.
Identifying meanings and patterns in the composition of words in the assigned language.
Recognizing similarities and differences in various intentions expressed through virtual assistants.
Strong communication skills with the ability to identify gaps and propose improvements.
Consistently delivering high performance to meet or exceed contractual service level agreements (SLA).
Ensuring quality standards and key performance targets are met.
Understanding and aligning with business needs and expectations.
Flexibility in working hours to meet business requirements.
Upholding confidentiality and complying with company and customer policies.
REQUIREMENTS.
Native / fluent in Danish (C2) both verbal and written.
Fluent in English (minimum B2 level).
A Bachelor’s degree in any field, or a related discipline.
Strong communication skills and proficiency in grammar.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and dynamic environment.
Ability to work under pressure and take initiative.
