Responsibilities: Collect and analyze business requirements to create reporting and data analysis solutions;Design and develop data solutions (data warehouses, data marts, dashboards and reporting systems);Create and maintain data models, reports and interactive visualizations;Working in collaboration with IT teams to ensure effective data integration and management;Helping business teams interpret insights and make data-driven decisions. Essential skills: At least 5 years experience in a similar role;Solid experience in SQL for data analysis and extraction;Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau or libraries such as matplotlib;Knowledge of statistics and tools such as R or Python (pandas, NumPy, etc.);Experience in the Pharma area is mandatory;Ability to interpret and analyze complex data sets;Experience in data preparation and cleaning;Good communication skills to share insights with multidisciplinary teams.Good knowledge of English.
