As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support to our dedicated Zara employees.
You will be the go-to resource for your colleagues, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring their satisfaction.
Your dedication to providing a seamless internal support experience will be instrumental in keeping our team motivated and productive.
Responsibilities.
Handle employee inquiries via phone, email, and internal messaging Resolve employee issues promptly and efficiently Provide information and guidance on company policies and procedures Process employee requests and forms Maintain accurate employee records Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment What We Offer.
