D365 BUSINESS ANALYST – FINANCE, SUPPLY AND FOOD

Position Description.
Role.
MS D365 F&O Business Analyst Notice Period.
Immediate to 15 days Mandatory Key skills.
D365 Functional Consultant, Supply Chain Management, Accounts payable, Accounts receivable, D365 Technical Consultant (Plus), Finance & operations • Experience in Finance, Supply and Food areas of D years exp, 3+ relevant exp, • Preferred location – Mumbai Hard Skills • Knowledge on Finance, Supply and Food domains • Knowledge of business / applications and Microsoft Dynamics Finance & Operations • Exposure to technical and business aspects of D365 • Experience with migration from AX to D365 is a plus • Minimum of 8 – 13 years of experience working in IT applications and 2 years as an ERP BA.
• Demonstrate ability to communicate the complexities of technical programs.
• Detail-oriented & customer oriented, ability to develop and entertain intimacy with business and operations stakeholders.
• Experience working in an international environment and understanding of complex organizations.

Requirements Gathering.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand and document business processes and requirements from respective domains (Food, Supply and Finance etc).
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of existing business systems and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Translate business needs into clear and actionable requirements for ERP implementation.

ERP Implementation.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement ERP solutions that align with business objectives.
- Configure and customize ERP systems to meet specific business requirements.
- Ensure seamless integration of ERP modules with existing systems and applications.

Analysis of existing enablers and Legacy ERP.
- Identify and document any gaps or discrepancies in the integration with existing systems.
- Review existing/Pending CRs for legacy ERP and ensure its implementation in new ERP 4.
Training and Documentation.
- Provide training and support to end-users on new ERP functionalities.
- Develop comprehensive documentation for ERP systems, including user manuals and standard operating procedures.

Continuous Improvement.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to ERP systems.
- Propose and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of ERP solutions.
• Requires a high understanding of the regional specificities, needs and constraints in terms of solution & technology.
• Implements the regional ERP solution as an incremental version of the implemented ERP solution while keeping aligned with the country specific requirements – regulatory/compliance for the domains not limited to Finance, food, FM business.
• Requires the ability to adapt constantly and increasingly frequent legal and functional changes.
