This role will be focused on the US market.
Key responsibilities.
- Identifying and sourcing candidates with a proven sales track record in the cyber security industry.
- Evaluating candidates' communication skills and technical knowledge in cyber security.
- Working on a competitive pay-per-hire basis.
- Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles.
Ideal skills and experience.
- Previous recruitment experience, particularly in the sales and cyber security sectors.
- Strong understanding of the US market.
- Exceptional networking and sourcing skills.
The recruiter can work remotely.
