What you'll be doing at (COMPANY NAME) As a Italian-speaker Customer & Technical Support, you will.
* Working as a Customer & Technical Support, you'll have to be a relentless advocate for the customers and their issues; * Provide the necessary help to solve all customer's technical issues, through phone and email; * Ensure customer satisfaction, presenting creative solutions to their issues; * Make an effort to regained customer's confidence in the brand; * Provide recommendations to engage with customer's needs; * Have a central role within the internal organization.
There will be big smiles if you * Fluent level of Italian and a B2-level in English; * Customer oriented with strong decision-making skills as a Customer & Technical Support; * Excellent communication and good argumentation skills; * Ability to solve technical issues creatively; * Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers; * Basic knowledge of Windows and MS Office.
