You work independently and thrive in fast-paced environments. Our customer base is solely within the United States at this time, but service to the nurses and workplaces who use our marketplace is 24/7.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities Process customer contact and deliver prompt solutions through phone, chat, and email Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email, providing effective solutions.
Collaborate with different departments to address and resolve customer concerns.
Investigate, research, and resolve customer issues efficiently.
Handle difficult and dissatisfied customers with professionalism and courtesy.
Track and follow up on all customer requests in a timely manner.
Manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
Deliver exceptional customer service in every interaction.
Availability to work on weekends is required.
