Saturday and Sunday Tasks.
Advise healthcare professionals and accompany them by telephone in their use of the software, both by answering incoming requests and by calling them proactively; Train them in the use of our services by phone; Ensure the quick and efficient processing of requests received by email; Advise and answer the client questions about the product' Work closely with the sales, marketing and product teams to ensure complete customer satisfaction;' Profile.
French C2 English B2 Experience in Customer Support (preferable) Benefits.
