You will implement the operational capabilities of the business and support the operational elements for the market.
You will coordinate route planning, system capabilities and tools management for the sales team.
How you will contribute You will.
* Coordinate and initiate customer and employee master data changes for sales including processing of data.
* Support the implementation of organizational realignments for master data and administrative processes.
* Support the revision/development of relevant sales policies and administrative processes including the provision in suitable media.
* Test for system implementation and system changes working closely with sales as well as various internal departments and external service providers.
* Identify and implement master data simplification opportunities.

* Experience in customer service, logistics or sales support * Basic knowledge of sales systems and tools (including SAP and MS Excel) * Solid communication and problem solving skills * Ability to handle and resolve multiple queries, respond quickly and maintain composure What you need to know about this position This position involves the Coordination and management of the whole process of disputes regarding the responsibility of the commercial team.
Management of disputes with the commercial team, disputes with or without incidence in order to ensure the approval or the complaint in case of dispute, in due time.
Also responsible for maintaining records and documents of Fleet, monitoring current market trends of fleet vehicles, assist with budgets, and policy and fleet procedures.
Responsible for fleet management and liaising and communicating with the main fleet stakeholders.
the global fleet manager, the procurement team and the Overheads team on budget issues.
Your primary accountabilities would be * To welcome all disputes addressed to the commercial team; To do the screening by client / KA and analyze if documents meet all the legal requirements.
* To analyze the disputes based on.
promotional plans, contract information and ad-hoc agreements provided by the Key Account.
Determine whether the document issued by the customer is valid or if requires filling a complaint.
* Present to the Key Accounts the conclusions of the analysis of disputes with the following procedure recommendations.
* Approve in SAP the dispute after the approval of the responsible KA.
* To grant that SAP disputes are assigned to the correct Key Account, and take the corrective action if they are not.
* Report Trade Deals accruals, availability and ageing * Partnering with the CS&L team.
* Help achieve business and commercial objectives by improving processes and reports * Manage fleet maintenance schedules, budget and costs.
Perform administrative support duties Education / Certifications / Knowledge * Degree in Management/Economy/Marketing/Computer Science/Applied Mathematics (Preferred) Professional Experience * Experience in Sales 0-3 years (Preferred) * Experience in an Administrative role 1-2 years (Preferred) * Experience in Account Management 1-2 years (Preferred) Languages * Portuguese (Required) * English (Required) * Spanish (Preferred) Relocation Support Available?
