Agir como um embaixador da marca Nespresso; Acolher, resolver e personalizar cada interacção com os nossos Clientes sobre as nossas campanhas e produtos, de acordo com os standards de qualidade da Nespresso; Contribuir para o Customer Satisfaction, com especial atenção e acompanhamento dos clientes.
A day in the life of… Contactar os Clientes e apresentar soluções para os seus pedidos; Gerir a insatisfação dos Clientes relativamente aos produtos e serviços Nespresso; Efetuar uma análise cuidada e personalizada de cada situação reportadas pelos Clientes e juntamente com os restantes departamentos elaborar melhorar os processos com o sentimento prioritário de maior satisfação do Cliente; Contribuir para a melhoria contínua de processos de acordo com a política da empresa; What will make you successful 1 a 2 anos de experiência em Customer Facing (mandatório) Domínio Microsoft Office, na ótica do utilizador (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel...) Bom nível de Inglês (preferencial) Boa capacidade relacional e de comunicação Multitasking Why Nespresso?
