Como é Ser Customer Care Specialist? – Centraliza o feedback do cliente (reclamações, inquéritos de satisfação e estudos) – Trabalha o NPS de forma detalhada, analisando os comportamentos dos clientes – Propõe medidas para a retenção de clientes – Gere diferentes fontes de informação (redes sociais, email, chamadas telefónicas, whatsapp, entre outras) O que oferecemos.
