Como Customer Care Specialist terá a missão de apoiar os nossos clientes em relação ao mercado nacional e internacional.
Requisitos.
Garantir o apoio aos Clientes, através de vários canais (telefone, email), assegurando o acompanhamento das questões e encomendas dos mesmos, promovendo a satisfação e fidelização dos Clientes; Ser responsável pelas trocas e devoluções; Garantir a melhor experiência de compra em nossa loja online, atendendo cada cliente de forma personalizada; Contribuir para a melhoria contínua dos processos, procedimentos e ferramentas da área, de forma a atingir as metas mensais/anuais deste canal (Vendas e satisfação do cliente).
Perfil.
2 anos de experiência em funções similares, idealmente no Setor de Retalho de Moda ou Call Center generalista; Domínio de português e inglês (mandatório); Bons conhecimentos de informática (ótica do utilizador); Orientação para objetivos e resultados; Confiança, paixão e energia; Bom relacionamento interpessoal
