What you'll do As a Customer Care, you&#;ll assist customer’s needs by ordering supplies and issuing messages; Answer calls from customers, related to company’s services; Process pick up orders; Provide shipping information and quotations; Track packages and request proof of delivery.
What you'll need Native Norwegian speaker; Fluency in English – minimum B1 level (mandatory); Great listening and communication skills; As a Customer Care, you&#;ll need to have attention to detail; Aptitude for problem-solving; Dynamism and team spirit; High School diploma or equivalent qualification (minimum requirement).
