O(a) candidato(a) vai integrar a n/ equipa de Atendimento a Clientes e desempenhar as seguintes funções.
• Atendimento e apoio a clientes; • Suporte técnico; • Gestão e organização das tarefas inerentes à sua função.
Perfil do(a) candidato(a).
• Formação na área das Tecnologias da Informação (12.º ano ou Licenciatura); • Gosto pelo contacto com o cliente; • Boa expressão oral e escrita (dicção, fluência e escuta ativa); • Bom comunicador; • Capacidade de análise e resolução de problemas; • Fluência em inglês e espanhol; • Gosto pelo trabalho em equipa; • Orientação para o cliente e para a qualidade; • Dinamismo, organização e disponibilidade; • Atitude positiva e proativa, empenho e sentido de responsabilidade.
