Funções.
-Receber e tratar as encomendas dos clientes; -Dar suporte aos vários departamentos envolvidos; -Coordenar as entregas; -Suporte administrativo.
Requisitos.
-Formação superior em gestão, economia ou áreas similares; -Experiência profissional em funções administrativas de backoffice; -Domínio de Inglês (falado e escrito); -Bons conhecimentos de informática na ótica do utilizador (Word, Excel, Outlook); -Capacidade de planeamento e organização; -Forte sentido de responsabilidade, rigor e atenção ao detalhe; -Aptidão para trabalhar de forma independente, sob pressão dentro de um ambiente de equipa; -Boas competências ao nível de relacionamento interpessoal e de comunicação.
Condições.
-Contrato de trabalho em regime de outsourcing; -Projeto de continuidade; -Horário.
Segunda a sexta das 09h00 às 18h; -Regime de trabalho presencial; -Vencimento.
