Descrição/Funções:
A tua função passará por obteres a regularização célere dos atrasos de pagamento, através do contacto direto e da negociação com o cliente, de modo a alcançar os objetivos mensais estabelecidos, isto é:
- Deverás de mantém a base de dados atualizada, de forma a poder ter um conhecimento global do cliente que facilite o processo de negociação da regularização da dívida;
- Estabeleceres o contacto direto com o cliente, com o intuito de negociar a regularização da sua dívida, informando-o devidamente e respeitando as regras e os procedimentos instituídos na Empresa;
- Reencaminhar pedidos de ajuda, de forma a que o cliente seja esclarecido pelo departamento correto.
Requisitos:
Para que consigas cumprir as tuas tarefas, deverás ter experiência em ambiente de call-center, pois assim estarás já familiarizado com o tipo de trabalho a realizar; um nível de inglês intermédio, isto porque podes ter contacto com algum cliente que não fale a língua portuguesa; uma orientação para resultados e uma boa capacidade de comunicação, sendo esta a tua principal ferramenta de trabalho.

O teu horário será de 2ª a 6ª feira entre as 09h e as 20h (horários rotativos).
