12º ano de escolaridade ou formação superior; Experiência anterior em ambiente de Call Center; Experiência comercial/em vendas (requisito fundamental); Facilidade de comunicação verbal e escrita; Orientação para o cliente e para os resultados; Dinamismo, proatividade e espírito de equipa; Conhecimentos informáticos a nível do utilizador; Disponibilidade imediata.
