This instance will need to interact exclusively with my server and automatically register and log in users once they access my application.
Key requirements.
- The Mastodon instance should seamlessly integrate with my web app.
- Users should be auto-registered and logged in without extra steps.
- The instance should only communicate with my server.
As my web application uses JWT (JSON Web Token) for authentication, you'll need to implement.
- A system where the Mastodon instance can validate JWTs from my application.
- A secure and efficient way to transfer full user profile information to the Mastodon instance.
Ideal skills for this job.
- Extensive knowledge in setting up and configuring Mastodon.
- Proficiency in web development, particularly in creating and modifying web applications.
- Strong understanding of JWT (JSON Web Token) and secure data transfer.
- Experience with server management.
The Mastodon instance should be implemented using JavaScript and Node.
