The Opportunity As the Credit Management & Foundation Medicine Specialist you will be part of the Customer Care team, and will be responsible for 1) the affiliate credit management activities and 2) guarantee the logistic process for Foundation Medicine (FMI) in order to ensure a seamless experience for the customer.
Your main responsibilities are, but not limited to.
Credit Management.
* Guarantee cash flow and ensure reduction of days sales outstanding, and a timely follow up of pending invoices, coordinating activities with the commercial team.
* Contact customers in topics related to credit management (mails; phone, meetings) and submit daily collection to the shared service centre team in Budapest.
* Submit reports to local entities related with Credit Management (e.
.
Apifarma).
* Ensure credit release of blocked orders, build customer master data, handle customer clearings and customer ageing analysis and definition of actions.
Foundation Medicine Specialist.
* Monitor and follow up of FMI orders in the different platforms, coordinating pick up activities with the end customer/FMI and the carrier.
* Guarantee the FMI report is delivered successfully to the customer, ensuring a flawless logistic process.
Who you are * You have a University Degree in a relevant field.
* With experience in credit management activities, you have a strong customer orientation, and sound negotiation, decision-making and problem-solving skills.
* You have a strong customer focus and sense of urgency and are passionate about bringing value and delivering results, being able to influence and mobilise the organisation.
* Diligent and highly organised, you are capable of handling multiple tasks, changing priorities and meeting deadlines.
* With strong communication, interpersonal skills and ability to build effective working relationships and build trust, you are a team player and enjoy working in a collaborative environment.
* You have SAP knowledge (preferably) and other IT tools (eg.
Excel, CRM) * You are proficient in English and Portuguese - verbal & written.
