Job Description Objective Definition and Target Audience Establish the objectives of the campaign and define the target audience.
Data and Resource Configuration Ensure the necessary configurations such as data sources (integrations), email templates, content, etc.
Campaign Setup Define the specifics of the campaign.

Automation Flow Development Implement automation flows for email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app push.
Segmentation and Email Configuration Identify and define target audience segments and configure the campaign content.
Testing and Validation Conduct tests to validate the workflow and content.
Campaign Launch Launch the campaigns according to the planning.
Monitoring and Continuous Optimization Monitor and implement necessary adjustments, conducting A/B tests.
Reporting and Results Analysis Generate detailed reports and analyze results.
Qualifications -Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or a related field -3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on campaign management and data analysis - Proficiency in Adobe Campaign, Adobe Target, and Adobe Analytics - Configuration and activation of SMS, push, in-app push, and/or email channels - Gathering technical and functional requirements for channel activation and new use cases - Configuration of automations as well as ad-hoc campaigns - Setting up data points, events, and other configurations within the Adobe Campaign platform - Cleaning and structuring profile data tables - Creation of audiences - Dashboarding, reporting, and generating insights - A/B testing - Activation of workflows - Configuration of new data sources and audiences - Monitoring the Go Live of important sends for the client -Knowledge of English (written and oral).
Additional Information *We are looking for someone with experience in Adobe Campaign, who is autonomous and capable of managing and leading a team.
The ideal candidate should be able to understand the current landscape and define improvements.
The role involves mastering the various components of the product and implementing the campaigns and automations requested by the teams.
Additionally, this person will be responsible for designing and implementing activities according to best practices within the product.
