CREATIVE DESIGNER – REAL ESTATE MARKETING & CONTENT CREATION

Leap Assets, a boutique consultancy specializing in investment advisory services and local portfolio management in Portugal, is seeking an experienced Creative Designer to join our team.

As a Creative Designer at Leap Assets, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand identity and marketing efforts.
You will be responsible for creating visually compelling content across multiple platforms, from print to digital, and ensuring that our brand stands out in a competitive market.

Key Responsabilities.
● Graphic Design & Branding.
– Design and develop logos, branding palettes, and visual identities for our company and projects.
– Create eye-catching graphics for websites, social media, presentations, and print materials.
– Develop templates for investment decks, brochures, and marketing collateral.
● Digital & Social Media Content Creation.
– Design and produce engaging content for social media platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
– Create visual stories, feels, and social media posts that align with our brand messaging.
– Develop templates and assets for investment decks and investor communications.
● Web & Digital Design.
– Collaborate with our team to design and maintain a website featuring real estate opportunities, with secure access for investors.
– Create landing pages for marketing campaigns and real estate listings.
– Design and manage digital newsletters and investor reports using tools like MailChimp.
● Multimedia Production.
– Produce and edit videos, animations, and drone footage for marketing campaigns and property showcases.
– Capture and edit high-quality images for marketing and promotional purposes.
– Utilize AI tools to create renders, images, and digital content that enhance our marketing efforts.
● Innovation & Technology Integration.
– Explore and implement AI tools for creative productivity and design efficiency.
– Stay updated on emerging design trends and technologies to keep our brand fresh and relevant.
– Contribute to the creation of digital and offline brochures, print materials, and interior design renders.
● Collaboration & Growth.
– Work closely with the marketing, sales, and real estate teams to understand project needs and deliver creative solutions.
– Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to elevate our brand.
– Be willing to grow with the company and take on new challenges as we expand our services and offerings.
Requirements.
– Proven experience in graphic design, multimedia production, and branding, preferably within the real estate industry.
– Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
– Experience with web design and CMS platforms, including WordPress or similar.
– Strong understanding of social media platforms and content creation for digital marketing.
– Familiarity with AI tools and their application in design and content creation.
– Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
– Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
– A portfolio showcasing a range of creative work, including graphics, videos, branding, and web design.
– Fluency in English and Portuguese
