We are thrilled to extend an internship opportunity tailored to our passion for digital marketing and design, specifically for our Digital Innovation & Design Department.
As an intern in our Digital Innovation & Design Department, you will play a crucial role in creating content & copywriting for our websites and manage the upload of this content and imagery in our websites.
Your responsibilities will include.

* Demonstrate a steadfast commitment to the values and mission of (COMPANY NAME), contributing to the preservation and strengthening of the brand's reputation and identity in all areas of operation.
* Represent and promote the (COMPANY NAME) brand in all interactions and activities, ensuring that our standards of quality and excellence associated with our resort are maintained and reinforced.
Main work areas.
* Research and copywriting in Portuguese and English for websites related to Vila Vita Portugal (Spanish and German are a plus); * Content management of websites related to Vila Vita Portugal; * Write and optimize engaging, SEO-friendly content that reflects the (COMPANY NAME)'s voice and meets audience needs, ensuring alignment with previously set keyphrases.
* Run content gap, keyword gap and competitor analysis reports and convert findings into actionable recommendations and next steps.
* Review new website content and structure post-SEO implementation to ensure adherence to SEO best practices Preferred Qualifications.
* Native Portuguese and preferably fluent or well versed in English - other languages are a plus; * Copywriting and concept formatting for digital platforms * Demonstrate an ongoing commitment to continuous professional development; * Have, or quickly acquire, a clear understanding of the company's policies and procedures and comply with them at all times; * Academic background in Marketing, Communications or related areas.
* Knowledge of graphic design would be an asset * Strong understanding of user expectations, industry trends and research methodologies * Have experience in some type of CMS (Content Management System) * Experience with SEO * Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, set priorities, utilize resources and meet deadlines * Skillful in data management and analysis Personal Competencies.
* Respect the rules of the establishment regarding personal appearance, hygiene, and the working environment; * Be able to manage time effectively and prioritise in order to meet deadlines; * Be flexible and autonomous in your role, capable of adapting to changing circumstances and taking initiative when needed; * Manage stress effectively, maintaining composure and professionalism even during busy or challenging times; * Accept criticism graciously and use it as an opportunity for growth and improvement; * Integrate seamlessly into the team dynamic, contributing positively to its energy and camaraderie; * Demonstrate well-developed verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills; * Maintain a high level of attendance and punctuality; * Result-oriented with a strong work ethic * Communicate effectively with colleagues and guests, ensuring clear and courteous interactions at all times.
